Congratulations to Hungarian novelist László Krasznahorkai on his receipt of this year's Man Booker International Prize.Alessandra and I had the pleasure of meeting Lászlo at his home outside Budapest some years back. He's a kind and warm man. His books are dark yet funny, massively imaginative, and challenge the novelistic form - The Melancholoy of Resistance is a favourite.
